FARMINGTON – On Saturday, Sept. 7, Meeting House Park was filled with live music, vendors, and community members as the first Farmington Recovery Rally took place. The rally was hosted by the Franklin County Recovery Center.

Sarah Mulcahey, Program Management Specialist at FCRC, said that the event was all about connection, community, and promoting recovery and harm reduction.
There were 19 organizations at the event giving out information, medical supplies, food, and merchandise. Kristin Gillis from Health Affiliates Maine said that she hopes this event will continue to happen each year.
