After looking at the same ads repeatedly and the falsehoods on both sides, I think they should find a way that if a political ad against an opponent is false, there should be a fine or something.

Some ads are so outrageous that I don’t understand how they are allowed to air. I would have thought someone in the Legislature would have passed a law by now.

I think maybe the person the ad talks about should be able to sue the other side for defamation of character. There has to be a way these smart lawyers can fix this so the people know what is true and what is not.

One last thing — maybe just let candidates put out ads about what they will do for the people if elected, and that’s it. No more trashing the opponent, just ads about what they will do for us, period.
