FARMINGTON — The Farmington Public Library is hosting another Trivia Night fundraiser on Thursday, Nov. 7, at the Homestead at 6:30 p.m. The theme is current events, so brush up on recent news and come prepared to show off your knowledge. Prizes will include Farmington Public Library hats, a Farmington Public Library bag full of books, handmade soap, and two free tickets to the winning team.
Tickets are on sale on Oct. 22 and will be $5 per person. You may stop by the library to purchase tickets or call us during our open hours at 207-778-4312 to reserve them. Ticket reservations will only be taken in person or by phone at the library during open hours. The Farmington Public Library is open Tuesday 10-6, Wednesday and Thursday 10-7, Friday 10-5, and Saturday 10-2. Reserved tickets will be held for three days, and must be picked up and paid for at the library within that time frame. You are welcome to participate either solo or as part of a team of up to six people. The game begins at 6:30, but we encourage folks to come to the Homestead earlier to settle in and order food and drinks.
