Jeffrey Chamberlain
RUMFORD – Jeffrey Chamberlain, 81, died Thursday, died Oct. 17, 2024, at his residence on South Rumford Road. Jeffrey was born in Dover-Foxcroft. Maine on Dec. 22, 1942, and was a son of Reginald and Theda (Pearson) Chamberlain. He was a graduate of Stephens High School and served in the US Army.
Jeff was a pilot for Air New England. He was a member of the American Legion and was also a Registered Maine Guide. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling at the Chamberlain camp at Holeb, Maine.
Jeffrey is survived by a brother, Craig Chamberlain and a sister Candace Boyne and husband John of Freeport.
Visitation will be at Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin Street, Rumford, Saturday Oct. 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed with burial at the Rumford Center Cemetery. Reception will follow at Chamberlain’s Tap and Table in Rumford
