Cathi DiCocco, left, local popular chef, assisted by her son, Graham, presented an evening of practical cooking tips for healthy eating, meal planning, and money-saving ideas to over 25 attendees from the surrounding towns. The cooking demonstration and tasting experience held at her home on Main St. was hosted by “To Your Health” of the Western Mountains Senior College in collaboration with the Bethel Family Health Center and MSAD#44 Continuing Education.
