Oxford Hills Middle School building committee and school board members attended a community forum at the middle school gym Nov. 7 to tackle design concepts as plans to replace the aging school progress, facilitated by Lisa Sawin of Harriman Architects in Auburn. OHMS was built mid-20th century to educate area high school students. The school is so over capacity that some of its seventh and eighth graders attend a separate campus in Oxford. Sawin walked the group through a presentation of recently completed facilities in Maine and New Hampshire. Nicole Carter / Advertiser Democrat
