Theresa “Terry” Ohman

SABATTUS – Theresa “Terry” Ohman, 82, of Sabattus, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday evening, Nov. 16, 2024 following a short battle with cancer.

Born on March 23, 1942 in Lewiston, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Florence Champagne Doyon. Also preceded in death by her siblings, Marcel Doyon, Donald Doyon and Jeannette Bisson.

Surviving are her beloved husband, Lars Ohman; her four children and their spouses, Debra Wood (Donny), Denise Ozarski (Stephen), Lisa Szparaga (Eric) and Randall Hazer; Lars’ three children, Christine Ohman, Scott Ohman and K.C. Ohman; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Terry cherished spending time with her family and was known for her spunk and wit. She enjoyed traveling to visit her children and cruises with her family. She proudly had the title of “Bingo Queen” and made many wonderful friends over the years while enjoying the game.

She will be truly missed by many that fondly remember her. Terry’s advice: “Life’s too short-eat cake!”
