Carmen Noella Teixeira

AUBURN – Carmen Noella Teixeira, 90, of Auburn, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025 at Clover Health Care.

Carmen was born on Dec. 21, 1934 in Lewiston, a daughter to Elisee and Alice Cote, she was one of 13 children.

On April 7, 1956, Carmen was married to Alfred Teixeira and the two were happily married until his passing.

She was employed by Etonic Shoe where worked until her retirement.

Carmen was predeceased by her husband, Alfred; and 11 of her siblings.

She leaves behind her children, Sandy Benoit and husband Richard, Ray Teixeira and wife Kim, Cindy Caron and fiancé Gary; her five grandchildren; as well as her 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Carmen also leaves behind her sister, Lucille Dick; as well as many nieces and nephews.
