DEAR SUN SPOTS: Would you have a list of farms that sell eggs? I’d like to purchase from a farm rather than the grocery store. — Liz, Auburn
ANSWER: Okay fellow Sun Spotters — here’s an opportunity to create a list using our collective knowledge. Let’s start off by adding anyone you know who sells eggs, fresh produce and meat to the list below and go from there.

Some farmstands may be seasonal and not open yet but please include them when adding them to this list as warmer weather will be here before we know it.
One thing we can always count on is that spring does (eventually) arrive here in Maine, followed by a glorious summer. One of my favorite things to do is drive around to all the different spots and shop for an assortment of abundance. Whether you need eggs, dairy products, fruit and vegetables, meat or baked goods, let’s get out of the house, meet new people, and support our local farmers and producers.
