Wesley M. Ames
LEWISTON – Wesley M. Ames, 94, of Lewiston passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2025, at his home. He was the husband of the late Jeanne D’Arc (Soucy) Ames, who died in 2014.
Wesley was born in Lewiston, a son of the late Stanley C. and Gladys M. (Scott) Ames. He grew up in Lewiston attending local area schools and graduated from Lewiston High School.
Wes spent most of his career as a manager in the shoe department of Bradley’s in Lewiston until his retirement.
He is survived by his son Raymond Ames of South Carolina. He also leaves behind a sister-in-law Francoise Martin of Lewiston and nephews Shawn and Chris Ames.
A graveside service at Gracelawn Memorial Park, Auburn will be held privately.
