Donald R. Partridge

GREENVILLE – Donald R. Partridge, 68, of Greenville, formerly of Wilton, passed away Friday, July 11, 2025, at his home following a battle with cancer, with his loving wife by his side.

He was born Dec. 31, 1956, in Farmington, the son of Vinton and Phyllis (Adams) Partridge. He was a 1975 graduate of Mount Blue High School in Farmington. He married Lucy Couillard of Jay. Donald worked as a training coordinator for AGC in Augusta and safety coordinator for Bancroft Construction in South Paris.

He also served his community in Wilton as a police officer and firefighter in the late ’70s and early ’80s. Donald was a member of the Farmington Elks Lodge. He enjoyed snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding, flying and traveling with his wife and friends across the country in their motorhome.

He is survived by his wife, Lucy Partridge of Greenville; his siblings, Eleanor Gilbert and companion Jeff Nickerson of Industry, Judy Plummer and companion John Lien of Florida, Vinton “Sonny” Partridge, Jr. and partner Joy Gensler of Tennessee, and brother-in-law, Jeff McFarlane of Industry.

He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Anita McFarlane, brother-in-law, Owen Plummer and sister-in-law, Tony Partridge.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, July 19, at Finley Funeral Home, 15 Church St., Livermore Falls. Visiting hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., prior to the funeral service. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, US Route 2, Wilton will be held at a later date.
