William E. Redmun Jr.
AUBURN – William E. Redmun Jr., 70, of Auburn, passed away at home Saturday July 5, 2025 with family by his side.
Bill was born March 21, 1955 in Lewiston, the son of William E. Redmun Sr. and his mother, Marilyn Redmun. Bill grew up in Danville.
He was educated in Auburn schools. Bill graduated from Edward Little High School in 1974. Bill played football at Walton Junior High School and ELHS. He was an All-State player, wearing his Uncle Warren’s number 85. Bill worked at Panolam Industries for 47 years before retiring.
Bill is survived by his significant other, Lise Beaudry; his son, William E. Redmun III; his grandchildren, Austin Redmun and Emily Redmun; his brothers Brian (Dale) Redmun, Scott (Kim) Redmun, his sister, Sharon (Charlie) Albiston; aunt, Joyce MacDonald; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved cat, Noel.
Bill was predeceased by his parents; Randall Redmun, Stephen Pessant; many aunts, uncles; cousins; friends; and his beloved cat, Frosty.
There will be visitation on Saturday July 26 from 11 to 1 p.m. with a service to follow at 1 p.m. at Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa St., Lewiston, ME 04240.
