NORWAY — Today, VIP Tires & Service, which claims to be New England’s leader in all things tire and service, announced the opening of its new location in Norway, unveiling a new renovation to improve the customer service experience in Oxford County.
Relocating from 85 Main Street to 44 Alpine Street, VIP’s renovated Norway location includes a new storefront and showroom, in addition to brand-new equipment and lifts. The location houses 11 service bays, more than doubling service bay operations, and totaling over 11,000 square feet.
Led by store manager Toby Hartford, the Norway team includes 12 staff members, all of whom are experts in auto maintenance, repair, and tire services. The team’s certified automotive professionals are ready to serve customers in Oxford County, building on VIP’s long history of high-quality customer service in the area. The company’s Main Street location first opened in September 1996, and VIP’s presence in Norway dates back to June 1983.
The new location at 44 Alpine Street opened on Sunday, Aug. 31, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 10.
“The VIP team is thrilled to be revamping our presence in Norway, with our brand-new location and state-of-the-art renovations taking the customer service experience to a whole new level,” said Tim Winkeler, president and CEO of VIP.
“In Maine and across New England, we are constantly looking for opportunities to improve upon what we offer to our loyal customers, rewarding their trust in us to get the job done. It is a new day in Oxford County, but customers can expect the same high standards from VIP, which has assisted Mainers for decades — with many more to come.”
