Heath Lee Jenkins

LEWISTON – It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Heath Lee Jenkins at his residence in Lewiston on Oct. 12, 2025.

Heath, born on Nov. 8, 1967 in Brunswick, to Francis and Janet Giveen Jenkins, and was a beloved member of the community.

Heath dedicated several years to installing pools and patios, enjoying his time outdoors. In recent years, he was employed at Lapointe Drywall until his health began to deteriorate in August 2025. Known for his strong work ethic and compassionate nature, Heath was always willing to help others in need. He was particularly recognized for his collection of vibrant fluorescent shirts, with pink being his preferred color. Heaths passions were playing darts and chess, but his true pride and joy was his Dodge Challenger.

He was predeceased by his Mom, Janet Gunter; sister, Katie Gunter and “Big G”; father, Francis Jenkins.

Survived by sister, Tracy Williams of Harpswell (husband Larry deceased 2016), Kim Berry of Lisbon Falls and brother, Jeff Jenkins and Pam of Ohio, Marty Jenkins and Denise of Pennsylvania; stepmother, Dolly Reppert of Pennsylvania; aunt, Susan Ernst of North Carolina and Ellie Esler of Florida; many nieces and nephews that often referred to Heath fondly as “Uncle cucky”.

A special thank you to the 20m Club, Heath’s second family. Your love for Heath is appreciated and heartwarming.

Celebration of life will be held on Nov. 8 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the 20m Club, 195 Lincoln St., Lewiston. This is a private club where smoking is permitted inside. All are welcome during Celebration of Life hours.
