Donna L Chouinard
LEWISTON – Donna L Chouinard, 81, of Poland Spring, passed away Nov. 2, 2025 at CMMC with her loving family by her side. She was born on Sept. 12, 1944, in Lewiston, and was the daughter of Warren and Mildred Milliken. She attended schools in Lewiston.
She married Paul Chouinard in February of 1962 and had four sons. She enjoyed the holidays with her family, cooking, crafting and playing double deck pinochle with best friends Barry and Lorraine White. She retired from GE in 2005 after working at Knapp Shoe for many years as well.
She was predeceased by her son, Timothy, her parents Warren and Mildred Milliken, a brother Melvin and a sister Karen. She is survived by her three sons, Dan, Chris and Kevin; along with seven grandchildren; brothers Bruce, Wayne and Toby, along with a sister Tanya.
A memorial service will be held on Monday Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter Cemetery Chapel. Join us in a celebration of life at Marco’s after the ceremony.
