Rory Lee Baggs
PORTLAND – Rory Lee Baggs was born at 22 weeks on Dec. 18, 2025. Though Rory’s time on earth was brief, he was deeply loved. In the early hours of Christmas Eve, 2025, Rory gained his angel wings, passing away peacefully in his parents arms.
He is survived by his loving parents, Evan Baggs and Thao Kieu. Cherished by his grandparents and family members who will always hold Rory close in our hearts.
