I very much agree with William Vaughan Jr., Paul Cain, MD, and Douglas Rooks, who all recently wrote about our need for universal health care. It’s the only way that health care is ever going to be provided for everyone. We all deserve to be cared for properly. What are we paying our taxes for, to help the rich?
Our government is supposed to do for people what we cannot do for ourselves. We are supposed to be expected to do the impossible. People are getting discouraged. I don’t expect any good changes from this present administration. Next time, let’s make our votes count.
