LEWISTON – Carolyn Frances (Stasulis) Nault, 81, of Harpswell, passed away at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston on Feb. 12, 2026.

She was born in Lewiston, July 25, 1944 and was the daughter of Jeannette Morin and Francis “Frank” Stasulis. She was a graduate of Lewiston High School. She also graduated from the CMVTI nursing program as an LPN in 1974.

She was employed at CMMC, and D’Youville Pavilion in Lewiston until her change of residence to Edgewater, Fla. While in Florida, she was employed at Good Samaritan Nursing Center and Olds Hall Good Samaritan Assisted and Independent Living facility until the time of her retirement in 2007. After many years of residing in Florida, she returned to Maine in 2022 to be closer to family.

She is survived by her two children, Catherine Finn and husband Clark Ketcham and son, Stephen Dumond; half-brother, Kory Fairbrother; and stepchildren Debbie Detzel and husband Jerry and Rick Nault; six grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond C. Nault; her father, Francis P. Stasulis, mother, Jeannette (Morin) Fairbrother; maternal grandparents Maximilliene (Michaud) Morin and Cleophas “Casey” Morin, paternal grandparents Francis and Victoria Stasulis; maternal aunt, Anita (Morin) Dwinal, paternal aunt and uncle, Walter Stasulis and Analie “Nellie” (Simonovich) Stasilus, and paternal aunt and uncle, Sophie (Stasulis) O’Brien and Harold O’Brien; and stepdaughter, Brenda Fournier.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in the spring.
