Timothy L. “Tim” Blouin
RUMFORD – Timothy L. “Tim” Blouin, 73, died Wednesday March 11, 2026, at the Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. He resided in Rumford.
Tim was born in Rumford on Feb. 24, 1953, the son of Wildy and Viola (Shorey) Blouin. He was a graduate of Rumford High School and worked as a beater engineer for Boise Cascade and NewPage. Tim was an avid sports fan, especially the Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Twins. He also enjoyed spending time with the children, especially around Christmas. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He had a love for music and his dogs Mandy, Molly and Shilo.
He was married in Rumford on Oct. 8, 1994, to LeeAnn Crosby who survives of Rumford. Other survivors include his daughter, Heather Tibbetts and husband Scott of Durham; granddaughter, Brittney and fiancé Nicholas McCann, Jack and Levi Tibbetts; and great-grandchildren Peyton and Brent; brothers Bill and wife Landy of Rumford, Dick of Rumford, Bob and his companion Frances of Peru, John and wife Tina of Mexico, David and wife Mary of Rumford, sisters Dianne Worden and husband Jon of Mexico, Ann Marie and husband Michael Richards, Donna Capponi and husband Joseph of Brewer.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Saturday March 21, at the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., in Rumford.
