Jacob Hudson scored 2:22 into overtime as the Maine Mariners bounced back from their first loss in more than a month, beating the Norfolk Admirals 3-2 in an ECHL game Saturday night at Cross Insurance Arena.
Linus Hemstrom got the tying goal midway through the third period for the Mariners, who won for the 12th time in their last 13 games.
Max Andreev gave Maine a 1-0 lead in the first period. Biddeford’s Brady Fleurent tied it late in the first with his 24th goal of the season, and Norfolk went ahead on a power-play goal by Brody Crane just 53 seconds into the second.
Mariners goalie Luke Cavallin made 22 saves.
