LEWISTON — The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing at Central Maine Medical Center is offering a free lunch and learn for cancer caregivers titled “Cellular Memory and Your Health.”

The workshop will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 4, in conference room D, CMMC, 12 High St.

Presenter Linda Haresheimer will discuss how both positive and difficult happenings in life can affect people down to the cellular level. Participants will identify some of the emotional challenges in their lives and learn ways to eliminate them to become happier and healthier.

Haresheimer is a Louise Hay teacher and has expanded her knowledge to include the study of cellular memory.
