NORWAY — On Sunday morning, July 18, at 10 a.m., The Norway Center Church services will be led by Don and Judy Mayberry. The service will feature lots of music by The Mayberrys as well as the usual offerings of a service such as readings, prayers, and sermon. “Our hope is to present the message in a nuanced and casual way” said Don, who retired from First Congregational Church in South Paris last September after twenty years serving as pastor. “We will blend our songs with the theme of the morning, which is finding your faith in every aspect of life,” said Judy.
“While we believe it is most important to attend and support your own church, this is currently the only local church service, we are scheduled to conduct this summer and we hope to see many old friends,” they said. For more information on their music ministry, check their website at mayberrysmusic.com or at The Mayberrys on Facebook.
Norway Center Church is located at 89 Norway Center Road. Services start at 10 a.m. and everyone is welcome.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
