BUCKFIELD – Ruth Davis, 59, passed away peacefully July 6, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones after a long battle with Breast Cancer.
Ruth was a devoted wife, who cared for her husband until his passing in 2015, and a loving mother. Ruth had a positive spirit and shared that with everyone. She was always smiling even on the worst days and in the worst pain. Her second love was listening to WBLM and anything by AC/DC. Anyone who knew her could find her rocking to their music.
Ruth is greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter, Kerrie, of Buckfield and her husband Brian of Scarborough, son, Micheal and his wife Liza of Poland; grandchildren Abigail, Noah and, Jacob; Ruth’s siblings, Frankie, James, Johnny, Phyllis, Susan; many beloved nieces, nephews; great-nieces, and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Herbert “Butch” Davis Jr.; her sisters Lilian, Lisa, and Sharon, brother, Clarence; and parents Bessie and James.
Special thanks to Savannah and Dustin whose visits were very special, Kris and Dottie from her cancer team, and Androscoggin Home Hospice who helped with her final wish to be at home. To share a memory of Ruth, or to send a condolence to the family visit http://www.albert-burpee.com .
