LEWISTON — The wedding of Leslie Lavoie and Matthew LeBlanc was held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 12 at Holy Family Church in Lewiston. Msgr. Marc Caron officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. LeBlanc is the daughter of Mark and Jean Williams-Lavoie of Auburn. Mr. LeBlanc is the son of Fred and Carol LeBlanc of Auburn.
The bride, wore a halter style gown and carried a bouquet of red roses with baby’s breath and white ribbon.
Laura Clifford, friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Adcock, friend of the bride, and Lynn Williams, sister-in-law. Hailey, Breanna and Harmony, nieces, were flower girls.
Performing the duties of best man for his friend was Bryan Robichaud. Ushers were Sean Fluet, friend of the bridegroom, and Greg Williams, brother-in-law.
A reception followed at the Carriage House in Lewiston, after which the couple traveled to New Hampshire. They are residing in Greene.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in animal science. She is currently employed at Central Maine Veterinary Hospital in Turner, where she has worked as a licensed veterinary technician for seven years.
The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2005 graduate of Thomas College with degrees in computer management and computer information systems. He has worked as a software developer at Delorme Mapping in Yarmouth for five and a half years.
