HARTFORD — Daniel James Danforth, 21, of Buckfield passed away on Sunday, March 27.

He was born in Lewiston, Dec. 4, 1989, the son of Frank and Debra Woods Danforth. He graduated from Buckfield High School and attended St. Joseph’s College in Standish.

He had been employed at the Whales Tale Restaurant and Marina in Boothbay. He loved baseball, his friends and life itself. He was a member of the Christian Youth Ministry and he enjoyed camping with his aunt.

He is survived by his parents, Frank and Debra Danforth of Buckfield; his grandmothers, Gerry Woods of Belfast and Martha Danforth of Guilford; aunts and uncles, Karen Littlefield of Belfast, Julie and John Beaulieu of Winterport and Bonnie Graff and Ron Hall of Guilford; cousins, Stephen Littlefield of Belfast and Jaime Gilbert and Miranda Durant, both of Guilford; his extended family, Grammie Elsie and the Bucks; and many special friends.

He was predeceased by grandfathers, James Woods of Belfast and Daniel Danforth of Guilford.
