PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County jail:

* Bridgitte L. Downs, 22, of Bethel, March 28, theft, failure to pay fines for criminal trespass and failure to pay fines for disorderly conduct, $840 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Daniel C. Fowler, 33, of Mexico, March 28, theft, failure to submit to arrest or detention and failure to pay fines for possession of soft-shell clams less than 2 inches, $1,390 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* David M. Charron, 23, of Rumford, March 28, failure to pay fines for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $380 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Craig A. Richardson, 43, of Fryeburg, March 29, violation of bail conditions and probation violation, Fryeburg Police Department.
