Parking bans

LEWISTON — The city has imposed a parking ban beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, April 1, and lasting through 8 a.m. Saturday, April 2. The ban applies to all streets in the city. Vehicles parked in violation of this ban will be subject to towing at the owners’ expense.

AUBURN — The city will be enforcing a parking ban on all city streets beginning at 8 a.m. Friday and ending at 6 a.m. Saturday.

BRIDGTON — There will be a parking ban in effect starting Thursday, March 31, at 11:00 p.m. until Friday, April 1, at 7:00 a.m.

‘Wizard of Oz’ postponed

BUCKFIELD — The Friday, April 1, performance of “The Wizard of Oz” at Buckfield Junior/Senior High School has been postponed until Thursday, April 7. Scheduled performances for 7 p.m., Saturday, April 2, and 2 p.m., Sunday, April 3, will go on as planned, as well as those scheduled for the following weekend.

Rescheduled events:

WELD — Assessors will be in the Weld Town Office from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, April 4, instead of Friday, April 1, because of inclement weather.
