Tammy Adams looks for a spot Oct. 4 to plant a solar-power-lighted eyeball on her front lawn in Auburn. She says she does it as a treat for her grandchildren, and has learned a few tricks every year. She says she bought anchors at the hardware store after last year, when the neighbors brought back the foam gravestones that blew down the street.
