It seems strange to me that when you go out on a foggy, rainy day, a lot of people are driving around without their headlights on.

Although we have a state law requiring headlights on when our wipers are operating at full speed, common sense alone should be necessary for people to use their headlights.

I know that if you were to ask them why they don’t have them on, their answer would be “I can see without them.”

The real reason for headlights on is not only for them to see, but for others to see them in reduced visibility.
