LEWISTON – Barbara Goding, 69, of Lewiston, passed away on November 11, 2021 at her home. She was born in Fitchburg, Mass., on February 7, 1952, to parents James and Phyllis Sharp Sr.Barbara enjoyed cooking for her family, especially lasagna and cornfritters, camping, playing bingo and helping others.She is survived by her children, John McWilliams (Jennifer), Theresa Leighton, Barbara Bartsche, Irene McWilliams (Dennis Goyette), Richard McWilliams (Sandy Foley), Kristine Collins (Shawn), Floyd Goding Jr., Heidi Goding, Amanda Moore, and Jennifer Doyon; 39 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; her siblings, Jeannette Connell (Paul) Christine Hicks (Jimmy), Cheryl Riley (Geoff), and Mark Sharp.She was predeceased by her husband, Floyd Goding Sr.; both parents; a son Daniel McWilliams; and a brother, James Sharp III.A visitation will be held at Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa St. Lewiston, Maine on Wednesday November 17, 2021 from 3-5:30 p.m., with a brief service to follow at 5:30.
