* David Stephen Rowe, 32, of 11 Federal St., Brunswick, operating under the influence, 11:42 p.m. Sunday on Main Street.

* Jessica S. Sawyer, 30, of 521 Turner St. No. 16, operating with a suspended license, 9:26 a.m. Monday on Washington Street.

* Kyle Kenneth Karkos, 22, of 14 Newbury St. No. 3FL, unauthorized theft by taking or transfer, 7:52 p.m. on Spring Street.

* Andrew Bruce Williams, 42, of 72 Pleasant St. No 1F, violating condition of release, 9:31 a.m. at that address.

Accidents

Lewiston

* A vehicle driven by James Caldwell, 30, of Poland, left the road and hit a tree stump while traveling west on No Name Pond Road at 1:37 a.m. on Sunday. Caldwell left the scene of the accident and was apprehended shortly afterwards, according to a police report. Caldwell’s 2002 Volkswagen was towed due to disabling damage.

Auburn

* A vehicle driven by Teresa Croteau, 49, of Auburn, collided with another vehicle that was stopped in traffic on Turner Street at 2:48 p.m. on Friday. The second vehicle left the scene. Croteau’s 1997 Chevrolet was towed due to disabling damage.
