LEWISTON – Bryan M. Dench of Skelton, Taintor and Abbott, and Bill Howell of William E. Howell LLC will present a seminar on the importance of “exit strategy” planning on Tuesday, April 26, at the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce.

An exit strategy is the key to preserving a business owner’s wealth, according to business experts. Exiting a business is one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions that a business owner will make.

Dench and Howell will present a six-step process for creating an exit plan, with the goal of helping area business owners begin their own exit strategy planning process.
