* Casey I. Campbell, 28, of Newbern, N.C., April 26, violating protective order, domestic violence assault, terrorizing and violation of bail conditions, Mexico Police Department.

* Diane L. Sampson, 55, of Norway, April 26, violation of bail conditions, Norway Police Department.
