Carmen D. Carney

GREENE – Carmen D. Carney, 65, passed away peacefully Dec. 25, 2021, with her daughter by her side.

Born in Lewiston Maine Nov. 18, 1956. Married to Victor H Carney for 44 years until his passing in 2018.

Carmen enjoyed working in her garden, sewing, and staying active, monthly lunches with her brothers and sisters, spending time with her grandsons Riley and Cooper and cheering them on in their school sports. She was also a proud member of First Assembly of God church.

Carmen worked at EIM, and retired while working at Seniors Plus. Most recently she worked for Fortier’s Locksmith part time with her family which she loved.

She is survived by her daughter Amanda Meisner and husband Troy and Stepson Victor Carey.

Her brothers Maurice Robichaud and wife Lucille, Michel Robichaud. Sisters Irene Blais and husband Louie, Doris Dove and husband Dennis. Brother in-Law Thomas Carney. Sister’s in-law Linda Wood and husband Wayne, Diane Reiser, Sylvia Tardif and her husband Adrien. Several nieces and nephews and her close friends Pat and Richard Poulin.

Carmen was predeceased by her parents Charles and Cecile Robichaud, her brother Richard Robichaud, and her sister in-law Cathy Carney.
