To the Editor:
Attention Senior Super Skiers! Let’s Unite on weekdays at Sunday River to ski, romp, and rip expert trails.
Contact me, Bill Orr, masters ski racer, for ski networking, fun on the slopes, and possible racing events (yes, my racing coach and ex Bowdoin College coach-can advise one and all).
Our ski buddies may have waned nor are we mogel jumpers anymore, but last can be had on steep slopes. You bet!
And we can still be schuss boomers yet flashing the ski patrol the peace sign.
So let’s unite at the White Cap or Botker Lodge and prove that old geezers can still romp and rip trails.
Ski networking is groovy and Sugarloaf is just down the road. I was a loaf jr. racer in the 60s—was it really that long ago?
