Steven Reed

SABATTUS – Steven Reed, 58, of Sabattus passed away Friday, Jan. 21, 2022, at the St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston.He was born Jan. 12, 1964, in Lewiston the son of Herbert “Pete” and Gail (McInnes) Reed.Steven was a graduate of Lisbon High School, class of 1982 and later attended Mid State College graduating with an Associates Degree.He worked at the front desk at the Ramada Inn; he had also worked for Floor Systems. His favorite job was being a bouncer for Mixers.Steven was an active member of the East Auburn Baptist Church helping to build displays and volunteering for other church projects. He enjoyed working with wood and collecting autographs and memorabilia of well-known sports stars and movie stars.He is survived by his father Herbert “Pete” Reed; his brother Scott Reed and his wife Judy; two nieces Leslie Reed and Ashley PhillipsA celebration of life will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, January 29, at the East Auburn Baptist Church, 560 Park Avenue, Auburn.Arrangements are with Crosman Funeral Home, 40 Main Street, Lisbon Falls.Online condolences may be shared with his family at http://www.crosmanfuneralhome.com
