Alice F. Nelke
FARMINGTON – Alice F. Nelke, 79, a resident of Livermore Falls, passed away Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington.
She was born Feb. 18, 1942, in Livermore Falls, the daughter of Reuel L. Nelke and Ilene A. DeCosta. She was a 1960 graduate of Skowhegan High School.
Alice worked as a sales representative in retail jewelry. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and time spent with her many friends in Livermore Falls. She was also an avid cat lover. Alice will be remembered as a being a fun and active individual, and now the world will be a little less fun without our beloved Alice.
She is survived by her sons Duane Tweedie and wife Janet of Turner, and Jeff Tweedie and wife Jennifer of Winthrop; grandchildren Desiree Luce, Camden, Shane and Alana Tweedie.
She was predeceased by her parents; and her brother, Brian Nelke.
