Androscoggin Retired Educators is set to meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, at The Green Ladle, located at Lewiston High School’s Regional Technical Center at 156 East Ave.
The meal, which costs $15.50 per person, will be chef’s choice, according to a news release from the group.
Japheth Els, AARP Maine Outreach director, will talk about various AARP programs designed to assist the people 50 and older, along with ways that members can become involved in the local community.
Dues are $10 per person, or $6 for a non-educator spouse. Members 85 and older do not need to pay dues.
