Calvin Howard Rowe Jr.
MECHANIC FALLS – Calvin Howard Rowe Jr., 84, passed away on Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, at home with his loving family by his side. He was born May 21, 1937, in Limerick, a son of the late Calvin H and Glades (Holt) Rowe. Calvin graduated high school and then joined the United States Air Force.
On June 28, 1959, he married the love of his life, Alberta Brackett, which they had 62 wonderful years together.
Calvin worked as a welder for many years, then worked as an over-the-road truck driver which he loved, as he was able to see many different places around the country.
His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friend.
He was preceded by his loving parents Calvin and Glade Rowe; his loving son, Shawn Rowe Sr.; his brother, Clinton, his sisters Marion, Alice, and Albion.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Alberta; his daughters Cathy, Laurie, Debbie, Grace, and his loving son, Glenn; his loving sister, Gladys. He also leaves 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and twp great-great-grandchildren.
Keeping with Calvin’s wishes there will be a burial in the spring in the Stuarts Corner Cemetery, with military honors.
