ALFRED, N.Y. — Sylvie N. Demers, a resident of Auburn, Maine, was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at Alfred University. She is a senior in the School of Art and Design. Students must earn at least a 3.3 grade point average to qualify for dean’s list.

A graduate of Royal Academy, Demers is the daughter of Normand and Kathleen Demers of Auburn.
