To the Editor:
My name is Billy Bob Faulkingham. I’m a state representative from Winter Harbor. Winter Harbor is a long way from western Maine, but it’s important to me who gets elected because it impacts my children’s future. That’s why I’m writing the voters of District 79, Paris, Sumner, West Paris, and Woodstock, to endorse my friend John Andrews for representative.
John has been a reliable representative and has one of the most solid conservative voting records in the legislature. John has stood beside me and his other Republican colleagues, and together we’ve won some of those battles against terrible legislation that threatened the liberties of Maine citizens.
John has two primary opponents, and I’m sure either one of those gentlemen would be fine representatives after John terms out, but they don’t have the proven experience that John has. More importantly, John has an A+ rating from the NRA, and the Gun Owners of Maine.
That’s something his opponents don’t have, and with the assault that’s soon to come on our 2nd Amendment rights, it’s critically important that voters check the box for John Andrews on June 14.
