NORTHAMPTON, Mass.— Cassandra Jensen, daughter of Phyllis Graber Jensen and Hilmar Jensen of Lewiston, Maine, received a bachelor’s degree with honors from Smith College on May 15. She was one of 693 seniors who graduated during the college’s 133rd commencement exercises, at which legendary oceanographer Sylvia Earle was the featured speaker.

A 2007 graduate of Lewiston High School, Cassandra majored in English language and literature.
