Joel & Janna Gilbert will perform a benefit concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at the Gazebo in Livermore Falls. The funds raised from the concert will go towards a missions relief trip to Alabama that a group from Emmanuel Assembly of God, Livermore Falls, is planning. A team of more than 20 will be leave June 27 and will be return July 6. Alabama was hit with a F6 tornado in April. The group will work with another group from Orlando, Michigan and some Alabama residents to help build a small house for a mother and her two children who lost everything when the tornado hit. The husband/father of the family died two weeks before the tornado hit. The family has been living in a FEMA trailer with seven other family members.
