HARRISON — The Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church plans to sell chicken pies and gravy on the third Saturday of the month until further notice.
This month’s sale is scheduled for Saturday, July 16, according to a news release from event organizers.
Orders for pies will be taken only on the morning of July 16 by calling the church between 9 and 11 a.m. at 207-583-9024; callers are asked not to leave a message.
Chicken pies must be picked up between noon and 2 p.m. at the church, 664 Bolsters Mills Road in Bolsters Mills Village in Harrison, unless arrangements are made when placing the order.
The cost is $15.
Multiple pies can be ordered, but organizers cannot always guarantee that large quantities can be honored.
The pies are fully cooked and can be frozen and reheated for a future meal.
