CASCO — The Casco Village Church, United Church of Christ is hosting our annual “September Saturday Night Supper” on Saturday, September 24 from 4:30-6 p.m. This month’s dinner will be a “Maine Harvest” and will feature ham and potatoes, baked beans, roasted vegetables, squash, zucchini & pumpkin breads, cider with homemade apple pie or crisp & ice cream! It’s all for only $10 for Adults, and $5 for Children 8 and under. The church is located at 941 Meadow Rd. in Casco. You can contact us at 207-627-4282.
Veterans
NORWAY — As a way of thanking you all for your dedication and service to our country, we will be having a coffee hour, sponsored by The American Legion Stone Smart Post 82 and unit 82 Auxiliary, located at 212 Main Street in Norway on September 22 at 9 a.m.
A VA rep will be there and we want to know how we can help you. Please tell your veteran friends.
The goal of the Legion and Auxiliary is to help our veterans and our community. We just had a fundraiser with proceeds going to Veteran Suicide Prevention’s ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ Fund. We look forward to seeing you. If there are any questions feel free to call 743-7294.
