HARTFORD — Rosemond Warren and Brandon McNeil of Hartford are pleased to announce the arrival of a daughter, Melody Elaine McNeil, born at 8:42 p.m. on September 15, 2022, weighing 6 pounds 12 ounces, at Stephens Memorial Hospital. Maternal grandparents are Donna and Leon Warren of Buckfield. Paternal grandparents are Alan “Bim” McNeil of Hartford and Diane Maletto of Walston, OK. Melody joins sister Candace, age 8.
