LEWISTON — Patricia Faye Foster Lilley, 70, of Buckfield went to meet her Savior peacefully on Friday, July 8, after a very courageous but hard battle with cancer, surrounded by loving family and friends.

She was born in Island Falls on Dec. 21, 1940, the daughter of Ralph Foster and Barbara Huntley Coffin.

“Pat” worked as a CNA/Med Tech at Victorian Villa Nursing Home and Chapman House for many years. She loved taking care of others and always put her family first. She was an outstanding and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. All knew that they could count on her at any given moment.

In November 1957 she married George “Sidney” Lilley.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years; her children, Jerry Lee and wife, Glenda, Cynthia Rose and husband, Randall Nickerson, Andrew “Andy,” Kevin Scott and wife, Tammy, and Lisa Marie and partner, Kendall Cooper; grandchildren, Corey Nickerson and fiancee, Wendy Jordan, Ryan Nickerson and wife, Erin, Melissa Lynn Lilley, Thomas Lilley, Jennifer Judd, Steven Daly, Nichole Daly, Bethany Lilley, and Joshua Lilley; great-grandchildren, Ian Nickerson and Damien Judd; several special sisters, Elizabeth and Linda, and also Barbara and Debra; one brother, Gary; and a very special “best” friend of 41 years, Gail Goding Kennedy.

She was predeceased by her parents; special brother, Robert “Woody” Foster; great-grandson, Eric Nickerson; and one special nephew, Mike Heath.
