Brooklyn, N.Y., choreographer Niles Ford will teach an advanced summer dance workshop at Art Moves Dance Studio, Norway, from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday, Aug. 8 to 12. Ford has offered to teach for Debi Irons while she is recovering from a double hip replacement. He will include her benefit performance at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School Auditorium, South Paris. Ford is the artistic director of Urban Dance Collective, an international master teacher and choreographer. He and Irons first collaborated on “Life After Cynicism,” which premiered in August 2007.
