New Bethel librarian Kelcey Boles spoke to the Bethel Rotary Club on January 24, describing new programs and other changes she is implementing at the Bethel Library. Boles, who has lived in Ireland and most recently in Hawaii, is very enthusiastic about joining the Bethel community and sharing her expertise to grow the library’s resources and offerings. She has a master’s degree in publishing.
