LEWISTON — Northeast Bank announces the appointment of Christopher Bouchard as assistant vice president and customer contact center manager.

Bouchard will be based at Northeast Bank’s Lewiston headquarters, managing the growth of the bank’s customer contact center, which will support new and existing business initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience. Northeast’s customer contact center will be adding several new jobs in the Lewiston facility before year end.

Bouchard joins Northeast Bank from ING in Lewiston, where he was a senior officer and operations supervisor. He previously worked for CitiStreet’s customer service group, holding managerial positions in both customer service and operations. Bouchard has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine at Orono and is pursuing his MBA at Southern New Hampshire University.

Bouchard is a native of Auburn, and is an active member of the Hillside Family Riders Snowmobile Club in Lewiston. He lives in Auburn with his wife and son.
